Marko Huth and Stefan Schmalschläger are fulfilling the desire for an exceptional restaurant right next to the Viktualien market. What catches the eye here are brick walls, old brass lamps and a life-size cow with its cut of meats for cooking clearly marked. Here you can see what you are eating in a meat maturing cabinet and what you eat is of top quality. fpm is developing a "handmade" corporate design, such as the menu that resembles a relict of a Wild Western saloon or a sleek school book, for this rustic ambiance with unpretentious atmosphere.
