Award-winning innovation becomes visible
W.L. Gore & Associates is one of the world's most innovative companies. Gore-Tex with Airvantage Insulation Technology is the first individually adjustable thermally insulated system. It is integrated as an insert in the torso section of jackets and vests and the wearer simply blows to inflate. We designed the valve as a new ergonomic control element and the appropriate application in the form of an outdoor jacket. Together with our client, this won us the gold "Designpreis" (design award) of the Federal Republic of Germany.
